8 days and no Covid test results. Wondering if this was a scam.

Appointment was scheduled for 12 didnt come until 4 or 5 but wasnt no biggy understood why she was running late. Never received my results been texting and contacting no responds so unprofessional. I like to support black people but they show you why you shouldnt smh.

Excellent service and very professional. On time to appointment and explained the next steps and how long testing results would take. Reminding you lab may be a little backed up. The overall process was very professional and excellent! Just the waiting on test results a little longer then they estimate
